on its being assumed that the ship is actually as well as technically healthy, instead of such ships being in all cases sent to the Quarantine anchorage for inspection or retained for a day or two, as may be necessary lays down that it shall be presented for medical inspection.

XCR(85)72 perhaps be found unnecessary to appoint an additional Port Health Officer, and with reference to For Bell's suggestion that ships having a boat medical officer may be treated more leniently than ships having no doctor it is considered that there are no objections to giving such different treatment [see sentence marked A in end in 4512199).
